We arrived in Dublin from Scotland by plane
After three days of sightseeing in Dublin...We head
out into the coutryside toward the Dingle Pennisula

During that all day drive we made two stops at
Kilkenny for a picnic and a quick look at the town
and The Rock of Cashel...an impressive ancient
site.

We stayed in Au Daingeaun on the Dingle
Pennisula....in dreary, rainy weather....so one day
we headed south for a day trip to Kinsale and
found sunshine.

We drove to Ennis the day before our flight out of
Shannon Airport (a great place to stay with less
that half hour drive to the airport)

From Ennis...we daytripped to the Cliffs of Moher
for our last look of Ireland.

The Cliffs of Moher is an really big, impressive area.
The cliffs are so high they defy imagination

They are working on constructing a new visitors
center--part of which will be underground to preserve
the natural beauty of the area.
